"An amazing teacher, I enjoy Seth's focus on progress with a desire to see the student grow. I have learned  faster than I ever dreamed. In the past 13 years of searching for a great teacher, he is hands down the best I have ever had." Mark P.

Dr. Seth Greenberg provides music instruction to both electrical and/or acoustic (steel and nylon stringed) guitarists. He teaches beginner, intermediate, and advanced students from the age of 4 up to seniors in their 70s and 80s.

A trusted teacher and award-winning guitarist with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Greenberg has toured across the U.S. and internationally as a leader and sideman. His diverse musical background gives him the flexibility of teaching virtually every style of guitar: rock, pop, blues, jazz, country, funk, classical/Spanish, and Latin. (Click here to listen to Dr. Greenberg's audio and video recordings.)

Lessons are also available to non-guitarists in jazz and classical improvisation, harmony, composition, and music theory lessons. Lessons can be taken at one of three places: the studio, the student's house, or online. At-home lessons are currently available to students within a 12 mile radius of Berkeley, California.
